Challenge

Can you manufacture a battery compatible with our existing 18V or 20V MAX tool platform?
Yes. We design custom terminal rail systems to match your specific tool platform geometry, including key tabs, guides, and contact rail layout. Send us an existing battery or mechanical drawings and we will engineer a drop-in compatible OEM replacement.
What is the maximum continuous discharge current you can achieve?
Our standard range is 20A–60A continuous with 120A peak (≤5 seconds). For extreme applications like large angle grinders and demolition hammers, we can design 80A continuous packs using Molicel P42A or Samsung 40T 21700 cells.
Do your tool batteries work in cold weather job sites?
Yes. Our power tool batteries are rated for operation down to -20°C. The BMS includes a low-temperature protection circuit that prevents charging below 0°C (to protect cells) while allowing discharge for tool operation at temperatures as low as -20°C.
Can you add an LED fuel gauge and fault indicator LED to the battery?
Yes. We offer LED fuel gauge indicators (3–5 LED dots showing remaining charge), single-button activation, and dedicated fault LEDs for overtemperature, overdischarge, and cell imbalance conditions. Custom LED positions can be accommodated.
What is the process for OEM branding and packaging?
